Your stay includes a complimentary buffet breakfast served daily from 8:15 to 10:00 am, with seating in the breakfast dining room and on our grand front verandas, complimentary parking, and a $15 bar credit per room per night (gratuity not included) towards drinks at the Tini Martini Bar. Each room and suite is individually decorated with personally selected antiques, unique collectibles, and the latest in modern amenities - all carefully chosen and placed to assure your comfort. Casablanca's accommodations have private baths, private entrances, and ceiling fans. To insure each guest has a superbly beautiful and comfortable night's sleep, the innkeepers have furnished the rooms with Select Comfort Sleep Number Pillow Top beds (except for rooms 5 & 8), with an Isotonic pillow-top mattress cover. This is topped by a hypoallergenic feather bed cover, 400-count cotton sateen sheets, isotonic pillows and designer duvet covers. There are flat-screen televisions in all rooms. Select a room or suite with a private porch, patio, balcony or deck, whirlpool tub, or Euro showerhead for added pampering.

The Tini Martini Bar overflows from the coziness of the oak bar surrounded by colorful art, to intimate porch seating and tables under the starlight - delighting you with exotic concoctions. Enjoy a selection of martinis as you relax al fresco overlooking Matanzas Bay or inside at the cozy bar and tables. Wine lovers will enjoy the selection of vintage wines by the glass. Policies:

All rates are based on double occupancy. Please add $25 for each extra person per night. A two- or three-day stay may be required on the weekends, holidays and special events. Rates are subject to change.

Deposit: Reservations of 2 days or less the full amount will be charged at the time the reservation is made. Reservations of 3 days or more a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of reservation.

Cancellation: If you cancel a confirmed reservation more than seven days in advance, we charge a $25.00 cancellation fee. For reservations cancelled within the last seven days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we charge for the full length of your stay unless the Inn is full.

Pets: The first floor of the Coach House and Secret Garden rooms are pet friendly ($15 pet fee per night)

We are a Non-Smoking facility. Smoking is permitted on the decks outside rooms and in specified locations on porches.

Fly into Jacksonville (to our north 50 miles) or Daytona (to our south 50 miles) on major airlines or into St. Augustine/St. Johns County Airport (SGJ) - just a 10 minute drive. Rental cars are available at all these airports.

Driving From Points North: Take I-95 to Exit 318 (SR 16) and head east on SR 16. At US 1 turn right, following US 1 South to the traffic light at W Castillo Drive. Go left onto W Castillo Drive and go straight to the end, turning right at the lights at "Ripley's Believe It Or Not" entrance. (Castillo Drive becomes Avenida Menendez at the Castillo de San Marcos.) Follow Avenida Menendez briefly along the bayfront – we're on the right... the grand white mansion with the gold trim on the porch columns.We have a "loading zone" parking space in front of the Inn and a Loading/Unloading Lot behind the Inn that you can access via Charlotte Street. Feel free to park there momentarily, then check in and we will direct you to your assigned parking space and give you a parking pass.

Main House: 10 suites, 2 rooms
The Main House fronts Avenida Menedez, the main thoroughfare on St.
Augustine's bay front. here you will find guest common areas: check-in desk,
breakfast dining room, living room, the Tini Martini Bar, and the wide bay
front verandah and entrance gardens with dining tables for breakfast or
evening cocktails. Guest rooms and suites occupy both floors of the main
house, each totally unique, many with their own decorative fireplace,
Jacuzzi, peaceful sitting area, and private outdoor porch or deck sitting
area.

Room 1
The Bayview Room presents a view of Matanzas Bay to greet you with the morning light. The queen Sleep Number bed is accented with side tables, and a 32" plasma TV are wall-mounted for easy viewing. Two wing chairs and the decorative fireplace beckon you to dissolve your cares away, while the ceiling fan above the bed refreshes the air. Full bathroom features a marble tile walk-in steam shower. An outside sitting area extends from the Bayview Room.

Room 2
With a queen Sleep Number four-poster bed, you'll feel like royalty here. Room 2's newly remodeled bath with deluxe shower including a rain-shower shower head, plush towels, inviting sitting area and flat screen TV wrap you in peaceful luxury. Room 2 has its own private outside sitting area.

Room 3
The San Marco Suite's cozy sitting area, with its antique desk and comfortable chairs, makes you feel like you've stepped back in time, but the flat screen TV makes sure you're not lacking for modern comforts. The adjoining sleeping area, with a queen Sleep Number bed and ceiling fan above, is bright and cheery with a pedestal sink separate from the shower/bath room. San Marco Suite's guests enjoy their own outside sitting area.

Room 4
The Anastasia Suite is a private haven, tucked away but close enough to rejoin the excitement when you're refreshed! The cozy sitting area, with flat screen TV, has a small couch that looks to the dresser, with a nook opening into the queen Sleep Number antique bed area. The full bathroom features a Jacuzz tub and Euro showerhead.

Room 5
The Gonzales Sanchez Room, our smallest room, has our only double-sized bed, but it doesn't skimp on amenities. The lovely lace curtains, mirrored armoire and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower assure that the tranquility of this room will cater to your every need. There's a private outside sitting area for guests of this room.

Room 6
The Butler Suite overflows with romance. The sitting area has two inviting antique chairs facing the dresser with the flat screen TV. The queen Sleep Number bed has a ceiling fan above. There's a marble Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and a walk-in marble shower with Euro showerhead.

Room 7
The Anniversary Suite indulges you with a spectacular bay view from the private porch and from the window next to the queen Sleep Number bed. The decorative oak fireplace fills the room with splendor. The corner double jacuzzi tub and shower is most enticing in the sitting area, with two cozy wing chairs plus flat screen TV. Relax in the wicker seats on the private bayview porch with a panoramic view of the bay. Don't wait for an anniversary to treat yourself here.

Room 8
The Casablanca Suite will fill you with serenity. The oak queen Sleep Number bed, with ceiling fan above, is complemented by a round oak table and high back chairs, offering a private sanctuary for reading, writing or just mellowing out over a couple of Inn-baked cookies! Enjoy the flat screen TV. The private outdoor sitting area offers lovely bay breezes. Full tub/shower in the bathroom. 

Room 9
The Minorcan Suite's gently rotating ceiling fans above the queen Sleep Number bed are all you need to bring your pulse down to vacation mode. But couple this with the sitting room's double wing chairs, flat screen TV, and the big cheery windows, and you are in for a treat. Pedestal sink is separate from the adjoining shower/bath room. A cozy covered outside sitting area adjoins the sleeping area.

Room 10
The Celebration Suite will make any occasion extra-special. Enjoy yourself on your private grand porch, with panoramic views overlooking Matanzas Bay... but save some energy to climb into the soothing double jacuzzi tub with shower. The high carved mahogany queen Sleep Number bed will certainly erase your everyday cares, as the ceiling fan paddles the breeze overhead. The decorative fireplace and cozy settee in the sitting room provide the perfect spot for watching the boats entering the bay... or watching the flat screen TV. This suite also has a private sundeck.

Room 11
 The Alcazar Suite is graced with a queen Sleep Number sleigh bed, flat screen TV, and ceiling fan above the bed. A spacious adjoining room has a comfortable twin bed and sitting area. The large bathroom will ease your cares away with the jacuzzi tub/shower. From your spacious sundeck you can relax under the stars and listen to the sounds of the Old City. Perfect for 2 or 3 guests. Outside sitting area.

Room 12
 The Vilano Suite's bedroom is bright and airy, with a queen Sleep Number bed and ceiling fan above. The double jacuzzi tub in the sitting room, also topped by a ceiling fan, will remedy your biggest woes. From your sundeck you can relax under the stars and listen to the sounds of the Old City. With a lovely sink set into a large antique cabinet and a separate shower in the bathroom, you'll feel pampered head to toe. There's also a private outside sitting area.


Coach House: 8 rooms

The Coach House is located directly behind the Main House, fronting on the charmingly narrow brick-paved Charlotte Street. Each of the eight Coach House rooms has individually chosen antique furnishings, accented by the most modern amenities and comforts. Each Coach House room has a two-jack telephone, flat screen TV and sound machine, ceiling fans and plantation shutters in the windows. The four ground floor rooms have private covered patios and the four second floor rooms have private covered porches, all overlooking historic Charlotte Street.

Room 00
This attractive room features a queen Sleep Number bed flanked by night stands, plus a twin size pull-out couch. There's a marble Jacuzzi tub/ shower with Euro showerhead. Each Coach House room has a two-jack telephone, flat screen TV and sound machine, ceiling fans and plantation shutters in the windows. This ground floor room has a private covered patio with wicker chairs, overlooking historic Charlotte Street.

Room 14

A king Sleep Number bed with side tables graces Room 18, along with a marble Jacuzzi tub/shower with Euro showerhead. A small couch in the corner of the sitting area invites you and a large dresser holds the flat screen TV and sound machine. Each Coach House room has a two-jack telephone, ceiling fans, and plantation shutters in the windows. This second floor room has a private covered porch with wicker chairs.

Room 19
With a queen Sleep Number bed and a twin size bed, Room 19 can sleep 2 or 3. There's an antique armoire and desk, and a marble whirlpool bath with shower. Each Coach House room has a two-jack telephone, flat screen TV and sound machine, ceiling fans and plantation shutters in the windows. This second floor room has a private covered porch with wicker chairs.

Room 20
Room 20 has an outside balcony, king Sleep Number bed, marble whirlpool bath with euro showerhead, wing back chair and dresser in sitting area, antique desk and armoire. Each Coach House room has a two-jack telephone, 32" wall mounted plasma TV and sound machine, ceiling fans and plantation shutters in the windows. This second floor room has a private covered porch with wicker chairs.

Secret Garden: 3 rooms 
The secluded accommodations of Casablanca's Secret Gardens are across the
street from the Coach house, down a brick walking path and behind a
fenced-in lush tropical garden. The three unique suites offer kitchenettes,
dinning areas, sitting areas and outdoor decks for a more homey atmosphere.
All secret Garden guests can enjoy the inviting benches and chairs in the
peaceful gardens that adjoin the building. The secret garden accommodations
are Casablanca's pet-friendly rooms.

Room 28
On the first floor of the Secret Garden, Room 28 has a massive antique king Sleep Number bed and a flat screen TV in the sitting area. There's a kitchen with microwave and mini fridge, and a dining area. A queen pull out couch adds additional sleeping space in the nice sitting area,where there's a TV and antique armoire. The marble bath has a Euro showerhead, and guests enjoy the porch sitting area. All Secret Garden accommodations share the tropical gardens with many inviting places to sit and relax. The Secret Garden accommodations are designated pet-friendly, at an additional fee of $15/pet/night.

Room 29 is on the second floor of the Secret Garden. It includes a queen Sleep Number bed, kitchen with microwave and mini fridge, dining area. There's a flat screen TV and the bathroom has a tub/shower. The balcony sitting area has comfortable wicker furniture. All Secret Garden accommodations share the tropical gardens with many inviting places to sit and relax. The Secret Garden accommodations are designated pet-friendly, at an additional fee of $15/pet/night.

Room 30
Room 30 is on the second floor of the Secret Garden. It features a king Sleep Number bed, antique armoire, flat screen TV, kitchen with microwave and mini fridge, dining area, and bathroom with a walk-in shower. There's a large balcony with wicker furniture. All Secret Garden accommodations share the tropical gardens with many inviting places to sit and relax.
