Do you have any questions? We try to answer all we can below.

  • Do I get breakfast, a round of drinks and parking with my stay?

    All nightly rates include breakfast for two at our Waterfront Café, a round of drinks in our Martini Bar (2 per room per night) and parking (1 vehicle per room).

  • Where do I park and how do I check in?

    Our parking lot is located approximately 1.5 blocks from the property. Upon arrival we will invite you to park on our back driveway to unload your luggage and obtain your parking permit. Please do not unload your luggage until you have checked in and received your room keys. Please be advised we do not have the space to store luggage at the property and we will ask you to hold your luggage in your vehicle until your room is ready for occupancy.

  • What is the Check-in time?

    Standard check-in time is 4pm however if you find yourself in the area early please call the front desk at 904-829-0928. In the event your room is ready we will accommodate an early check-in for you. If the room is not quite ready for occupancy, we will perform what we consider to be a pre-check. At this time, you will receive your parking pass, directions to our parking lot, welcome packet and drink vouchers. St. Augustine is full of things to see and do so we encourage our guests to start enjoying the amenities of the property and sightseeing across the city as early as they would like.

  • How old do I need to be to stay?

    You must be at least 21 years of age to rent a room at the Casablanca Inn. We will require a picture ID at the time of check-in. This age limitation does not apply to active-duty members of our military.

  • Can I bring my family?

    While we do welcome families at the Inn, please be advised that most of our guest rooms only contain one bed and are suitable for 2 adults. We are not licensed for rollaway beds, nor do we offer connecting rooms.

  • When can I go to the restaurant?

    Our restaurant welcomes patrons of all ages from 8am-3pm however the Tini Martini Bar is 21 and up after 3pm. This rule does apply to minors staying at the property as well.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to your arrival. In the event you are unable to provide us a full 48 hours’ notice you will still be held responsible for 1 night of room and tax.

  • When is the Front Desk open?

    The Front Desk is open daily from 8:30am-10pm. If you plan on arriving after our Front Desk has closed, please make alternative arrangements for check-in by contacting the property the day of your arrival. We will send instructions for our after-hours check-in process to your email.

  • Is Casablanca Inn pet friendly?

    The Casablanca Inn does offer several pet friendly options and we welcome pets of all breeds and sizes. Please be advised that an additional $15.00 per pet per night will be added to your reservation at the time of departure. Please advise the Front Desk staff that you are traveling with a pet at the time of your arrival so that we may provide you with a door hanger indicating that you have a pet within your guest room. Our pet friendly accommodations are as follows: #4, #13-#20, #28-#30. Due to its proximity of our kitchen the inside dining room is not pet friendly and we will invite all guests’ traveling with pets to enjoy their meals on exterior patios of our Waterfront Café.

  • What is Casablanca Inn's renovation schedule?

    It is the priority of ownership and management to provide some modern-day upgrades while maintaining the historical integrity of the home. We are very organized with our project planning as we never want to interfere with our guests’ experience. Please contact our Front Desk directly should you have any questions or concerns regarding the renovation schedule throughout your stay on property.
